Jeezy “Don’t Make Me,” Kevin Gates “Bags” & More | Daily Visuals 12.6.19

Even though it’s been a few months since Yeezy dropped his final album on Def Jam Records, TM104: The Legend of the Snowman, it is winter so you know the ATLien was bound to get frosty on.

Keeping things simple for his visual to his album cut “Don’t Make Me,” the OG Snowman politics by himself in an empty mansion while the camera captures images of all the riches and spoils he’s acquired over his illustrious career. Word to everything that Snowman ice can keep the devil cool in the summer.

Keeping the scene in the South, Kevin Gates comes through with his latest clip for “Bags” where we follow the day of Gates and an attractive young woman who eventually meet at the club only for Gates to run her off at his amusement. Least she didn’t get a foot to the chest.

Jeezy MLK BLVD Video

While the folks in Kansas City voted to remove Martin Luther King Jr’s name from one of their streets, others are proud to have the name of the iconic civil rights leader held high on their grounds, and Jeezy seems to feel the same way.

Linking up with current social justice soldier Meek Mill for his visuals to “MLK BLVD,” Jeezy pays homage to MLK, Malcolm X and Rosa Parks in his own Snowman way while proudly stating “F*ck Trump!” We think it goes without saying Jeezy’s welcomed to every YG show from here on out.

Royce 5’9 meanwhile throws a cultural themed soiree that would scare the bejesus out of those same Kansas City residents who didn’t want MLK’s name in their neighborhood in his Sy Ari Da Kid, White Gold, Cyhi The Prince and T.I. assisted clip to “Black Savage.”

It’s been decades overdue but Master P is finally dropping the sequel to the street cult classic flick I Got The Hook-Up and for the first cut off the film’s soundtrack links up with Jeezy to take things back to the block.

Taking to the block in Hummers, Bentleys and an ice cream truck for the visual to “Gone,” Jeezy and Master P politic with the community and some models before pouring out a little bubbly for the fallen G, Nipsey Hussle.

Speaking of the classics, Teyana Taylor samples Ma$ e and Total’s 90’s smash “Tell Me What U Want” and recreates some scenes from your favorite golden era Hip-Hop videos in her King Combs assisted clip to “How You Want It?”

Logic ft. Gucci Mane “Icy,” Jeezy “1 Time” & More | Daily Visuals 8.5.19

Logic’s been in the game for a minute and though he’s one of the game’s most popular rappers he’s never been one to floss his riches in his videos… until now. Kinda.

Giving his fans an idea of what he’d look like if he was balling, Logic throws on some jewelry and rocks a full length fur to ride the bus before falling victim to the jux in his Gucci Mane assisted visual to “Icy.” We guess this is why he doesn’t rock ice like that cause the wolves would come for him on that first full moon, b.

Back in the A, Jeezy finds himself rapping in a prison yard while his fans get a tour of his section at the Trap Museum in his clip to “1 Time.”

Here are the 10 things we learned from Jeezy on The Breakfast Club.

Seems about right that we kick Daily Visuals off with some Hip-Hop OG’s for flashback Friday, no? Jeezy and Puff Daddy get turnt up from the club where they make it rain to the bodega where they pop bottles like a wino who just found a $ 50 bill.

The bodega stays being the last place people visit after a night of partying. Wonder if they copped a chopped cheese or something.

Migos meanwhile go Tron with it in their visuals to the Nicki Minaj and Cardi B assisted “Motorsport” and wear futuristic leather outfits while Nicki rocks some Rapunzel braids.

Young Thug’s been making most of his noise via beef on Twitter as of late. Today, the man who has no qualms with publicly acknowledging his affinity for shopping in the women’s section appears in men’s clothing…most of the time.

Dej Loaf helps Trae Tha Truth turn “Raeligion” into an eight minute cinematic experience with guest appearances from Sticky Fingaz and Molly Mall and Troy Ave does something out of the ordinary for a rap video and uses a strip bar as the backdrop for his clip to “Bartender” (Sarcasm, people).

Jeezy “Talking,” Snoop Dogg & DJ Drama “Beach City,” & More | Daily Visuals 11.6.15

Taking flashback Friday to heart, Jeezy goes digging in his crates and breaks out a fan favorite for which to bring to life.

On this day of the Frige (Friday), the Snowman gives the visual treatment to his 2010 Trap or Die 2 mixtape cut “Talking.” He finds himself sitting at the head of the table on which he and his congregation break bread and enjoy the fruits of their hustle like only the most loyal of families tend to do at the end of the week.

Speaking of fam, Snoop Dogg and DJ Drama reunite to unleash a West Coast infused Gangsta Grillz and kick things off with “Beach City.” The visual features some of Long Beach’s most promising talent in the form of the LBC Movement who are determined to put their hood back on the forefront of the rap game.

Check out the rest of today’s visuals which include work from Chris Rivers featuring the big man of the Lox, Sheek Louch, HXLT, Snooti Wild, and more.

Jeezy – ‘Politically Correct’ EP

While A3C and The BET Hip-Hop Awards were taking place in ATL over the weekend, the Snowman himself (albeit reformed) dropped a new project. Dubbed ‘Politically Correct’ Mr. Jeezy makes his return to the streets having fought through battles with other rappers, life in the streets and more on his way to releasing this project. This is a far cry from the days of Mannie Fresh and “Boom boom, clap,” but it will def do for now. Who can be mad at more Jeezy? He’s changing in some way, but he’s still the same Jeezy, just more money, more haters, more knowledge of the game and faith.

Jeezy Brings Out Kanye West, OutKast, T.I. & More At Epic ‘Let’s Get It: TM 101′ 10th Anniversary Concert

Saturday night it was history celebrating history as Atlanta belonged to Grammy nominated star Jeezy. He performed to a sold out house at the iconic Fox Theatre (the show sold out day it went on sale) and the crowd, who rapped all of the lyrics with him, showed love to their city’s own in an incredible way. As he was celebrating the 10 year anniversary of his classic debut (on a major label) album, Thug Motivation 101, he was joined by his friends to help him celebrate.

Performing the classic album in its entirety, Jeezy also wanted to remind the crowd that he has other huge hits. He ran through a string of classics, including “I Do,” with Andre 3000 joining him on stage, “Love In The Club,” with Usher on stage, “Put On” with Kanye West joining him on stage and more. Other artists who graced the stage included Big Boi, Mannie Fresh, Lloyd, Bun B, T.I. and Lil’ Scrappy. There was even a Boyz N Da Hood reunion! Almost all of Atlanta showed up and showed out in celebration of Jeezy’s 10 years of success. ATLiens brought the house down! Other celebs who came out included Monica, Da Brat, Jermaine Dupri and more.

Jeezy kicked off his 10th anniversary weekend with a private dinner to honor his accomplishments as well as relaunch his charity, Street Dreamz Foundation, on Friday. The dinner brought out everyone from the Mayor of Atlanta to other artists and key influencers. Mayor Kasim Reed gave Jeezy the highest honor a city can give. On Saturday morning, Jeezy and Street Dreamz Foundation organized a community event to help clean up a neighborhood in the 4th District. Check out photos from the classic concert below.
