Tekashi 6ix9nine is so desperate to escape the coronavirus he’d rather take his chances outside of prison than risk the disease killing him while he’s locked up. 6ix9ine’s attorney, Lance Lazzaro, wrote a letter to the judge Sunday night citing…
Tekashi 6ix9ine still isn’t clear of all his legal troubles. A Miami rapper is suing the infamous snitch over his hit song “Stoopid.”
Yung Gordon is coming for his coins because the Brooklyn rapper and his producer used his vocals for the song without bothering to tell him, allegedly.
Reports Page Six:
Rapper Yung Gordon, whose real name is Seth Gordon, filed his copyright infringement lawsuit in Brooklyn federal court just weeks after a Manhattan judge sentenced Tekashi to two years in prison on racketeering charges.
Certain versions of “Stoopid,” released in October 2018, contain a snippet of Gordon belting out a few lines, his lawsuit charges.
“Y’all already know, it be the boy Yung Gordon/ You rockin’ with Take Money Promotions/ Ay Take Money Promotions/ Give ’em that new s–t, no fool s–t/ Oh Yeah, let’s go,” Gordon raps in versions of “Stoopid” that have been taken down from the Spotify streaming-music service.
Gordon says he emailed the 9-second “drop” to Tekashi’s producer — and says he was never advised that it would be used in the song prior to its release.
It is unspecified how much money Gordon is seeking. But considering Tekashi already has a new record deal despite not being due to be released until this summer, he’s looking for the bag.
Tekashi was originally going to do 47 years in the bing for drug conspiracy charges. However, the rapper took to the stand and started dropping dime on everybody. Because of his gratuitous, despite pleading guilty, a judge sentenced him to 2 years (including his time already served).
December 18 is the day of reckoning for the controversial rapper.

Tekashi 6ix9ine is still behind bars but if recent announcements made by his legal team are true, that soon could change. The troubled rapper’s attorney says their side is putting together a seven-figure bail package that will give 69 homebound freedom until his trial.
The rapper’s lawyer, Lance Lazarro, tells TMZ … he’s putting a bail package together for the rapper in hopes of getting him sprung from the federal prison facility where he’s being held, so he can enjoy some freedom until his trial begins in September.
We’re told the plan is to ask the court to set 69’s bail at $ 1.5 million, and Lazarro will also make the case that Tekashi’s not a danger to the community … nor is he a flight risk.
6ix9ine’s lawyer says he wants to file the motion before his next scheduled court appearance in late January. If the judge rules in his favor and grants bail, the rapper can await trial from the comfort of his own home once he posts the $ 1.5 mil.
Lazzaro has been on record saying that the artist born Daniel Hernandez will not accept a plea deal and intends to take the racketeering case to trial.
"ID me? I can't. I'm on probation. I can't …Tell them I'm not here."
And Meek Mill and 50 Cent have something to say about it!
Tory Lanez isn’t the first and certainly won’t be the last recording artist to have his words misunderstood, especially when it comes to someone as revered as the late Tupac “2Pac” Shakur. During a recent interview, the Canadian crooner and spitter seemingly compared Tekashi 6ix9ine to ‘Pac and he obviously caught flack for it.
While sitting down with Tim Westwood earlier this week, Lanez spoke on Tekashi’s legal predicament and how it went down during the very height of his career similarly to 2Pac.
“The only n*gga who had sh*t like that popping was Tupac. When Tupac was in jail he dropped the biggest album. Not to say it was the biggest album of all fu*king time, but it was a pretty big moment. It’s sad he’s gotta be locked up during it, is all I’m saying,” Lanez said, while mentioning Tekashi’s features such as Nicki Minaj and Kanye West.
Fans have been giving Lanez grief over the comment, but he fired back with a not so friendly missive himself.
“I did not compare 6ix9ine to 2 pac … I just said they both dropped big albums from jail at the level of fame that they had . Get off my dick,” Lanez tweeted on Tuesday (Dec. 4).
Welp, that settles that.

Such is the case for his Bobby Shmurda assisted visuals to “Stoopid” which finds 6ix9ine enjoying the lavish life in Dubai where he rides an ATV through the desert and does a weird “Elaine” dance in his underwear. Bobby meanwhile phoned in his verse from the bing.
Back in the east coast of the US, Dave East is living his best life in his own right as he burns on some sticky while patrolling his upscale residence in his clip to “Yes Indeed (East Mix).”

Future sure does love throwing a mansion party where the women are half-naked and don’t mind twerking.
In his NSFW visual to “WIFI LIT” that’s exactly how things play out plus more as the women attending find themselves not only participating in a party but also making some soft porn with Future in the director’s chair. Future going for an AVN Award this year?
Tekashi 6ix9ine meanwhile decided to take a break from gangsta rap and get his Spanglish on and make auto-tuned joints for the thick women of Mexico in his Anuel AA assisted clip to “BEBE.” Even though he’s 50’s man he seems to be going down the same road Ja Rule did. Just sayin.’

It’s been 6 years since Trayvon Martin was murdered for being Black in Amerikkka and while some people have forgotten why his murder was such a big deal, Black Thought has not.
For his visual to “Rest In Power: The Trayvon Martin Story,” the Illadelphia MC pays tribute to the memory of Martin while reminding everyone that racism still runs rampant and unchecked all across the US.
Back in New York Tekashi 6ix9ine links up with Nicki Minaj for his clip to “FEFE” where the two play patty cake and share an ice cream cone. Wouldn’t be surprised if them goons that got 6ix9ine over the weekend would’ve made him run his ice cream cone too had he been eating one in that whip. SMH.

Wiz Khalifa seems to have expensive taste and he’s not even being coy about it.
Politicking in what seems to be a private estate, Wiz Khalifa blows on some smoke and tells you the exact cost of almost everything he has in his clip to “Hunnid Bands.”
Speaking of big paper, the most popular/polarizing rapper in New York, Tekashi 6ix9ine, heads to the Dominican Republic and hands out money to the people living in the struggle for his visuals to “Gotti.” He ain’t give out $ 20 bills either. It was big face Benny’s for everyone. Props.
